Effective immediately, a special waiver is granted for all ticket types issued on or before 18 July 2025, for passengers affected by the typhoon. This applies to travel on Hong Kong Airlines flights with confirmed bookings between 20 and 21 July 2025. Requests for changes must be submitted by 21 July 2025. The revised journey must be complete on or before 30 September 2025, and is subject to seat availability.  Additionally, the fare/tax differences may apply, and ‘No-show’ surcharge would not be waived.  Please refer to The Related Ticketing Arrangements.

 

To expedite flight arrangements or refund applications, passengers are encouraged to submit their requests via Hong Kong Airlines' online Self-rebooking or Refund application services at www.hongkongairlines.com. Passengers who purchased their tickets through travel agents, as well as tour group passengers should contact their agents directly.

Passengers are advised to check the latest Flight Status at www.hongkongairlines.com before leaving for the airport. To receive SMS or email notifications, passengers should register for Flight Alerts at least four hours prior to their scheduled departure time.
